Artisan Training Center – Back ground

There is an acute shortage of skilled and professional artisans in the field of Plumbing, Electricals and carpentry. There are no institutions which run these courses in a structured curriculum incorporating the modern tools, methodology and pedagogy with focus on hands on training.

Bosch launched the first Artisan Training Center in the field of carpentry, in 2015.

On Feb 26th 2018 Bosch Inaugurated its 4th Artisan Training Center in the country and 1st in Jaipur at Government Industrial Training Institute, Sanganer.

The aim of the Center is to produce skilled and professional Artisans for the country, who will be able to meet the current and growing customer and market expectations.

The Center has enrolled 16 trainees and 1 Trainers on board and is well-equipped with a range of tools including Bosch Power Tools. The two trainers have been trained by a German expert in carpentry skills. The training is based on the German concepts of Gründlichkeit (thoroughness) and Leidenschaft (passion).

Objective

The aim of the Center is to produce skilled and professional Artisans for the country, who will be able to meet the current and growing customer and market expectations.
